3 Ways To Use Lavender Essential Oil to Decrease Stress In Your Family:
- Diffuse 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil in an aromatherapy diffuser. Diffuse in bedroom at night to promote healthy rest, healing (which occurs when we sleep), peaceful thoughts and rejuvenation.
- Add 10 drops of Lavender to 1/2 Cup of Epsom salt and dissolve it in warm bathwater. This is a great way to reduce the chemical stress within your body as well as promote relaxation and calming energy.
- Add 2-3 drops of Lavender to a couple drops of fractionated coconut oil and rub it into bottoms of feet before bedtime. This is a great way to promote healthy sleep for our kiddos and help keep any monsters away.
